An established company is currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. The Customer Service Administrator role involves working as part of a larger team, taking incoming calls regarding repairs and maintenance and diarising appointments for Engineers. Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Hours: 35 hours Customer Service Administrator responsibilities: Acting as first point of contact for a range of queries regarding maintenance, repairs and services Effectively managing prioritisations Managing diaries on behalf of the Engineers and booking in jobs Using the in-house CRM system to keep all users up to date Liaising with Engineers to discuss current or future bookings, dealing with their questions or queries regarding site access, descriptions and permit requirements Producing quotations Ordering parts and tracking for installations Following up on reports of outstanding quotations in a timely manner Completing RAMS and permits Taking payments as required Customer Service Administrator required skills/competencies: Previous experience in a similar role desirable Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure Apply today
