Reporting to: Sales Manager
Location: Homebased
The Role
Manage a designated account base daily to achieve activity, growth, and retention targets by identifying sales opportunities, delivering excellent service, and demonstrating value to maximize retention of advertising spend.
What you'll be doing
* Proactively contact existing accounts via phone & video to build and maintain relationships.
* Understand client needs, identify growth opportunities, and present tailored solutions.
* Interpret and explain customer performance data to add value and demonstrate ROI.
* Achieve weekly KPIs and performance metrics related to business requirements, including contact rate, revenue, and retention.
* Implement new Rightmove initiatives and campaigns for customers.
* Conduct relevant product and service training with customers to support relationships.
* Serve as the point of contact for customer queries, resolving problems and providing solutions.
* Record information in relevant databases and keep CRMs updated.
* Liaise with internal teams to build relationships and deliver optimal outcomes for customers.
* Share learnings internally to enhance service and product offerings.
* Plan customer engagement, weekly priorities, retention strategies, and growth opportunities.
* Forecast and monitor client account metrics.
