- Build and maintain strong relationships with both vendors and buyers to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Provide market insights and professional advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
- Manage and update property listings to ensure accuracy and effectiveness if needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience in estate agency or sales is highly desirable, but not essential.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Full driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.
