What You’ll Bring:
* Project Expertise: A proven track record of supporting projects, including managing financial records, handling claims, filing documents, and liaising with delivery partners to ensure compliance with funding rules.
* Leadership Skills: Demonstrable experience supervising administration staff and overseeing processes and workflows.
* Government Project Experience: Experience working as part of government-funded projects and delivering results in line with national priorities.
* Educational Impact: Experience in teaching, training, or managing adult learning programmes, including tracking learner progress and outcomes.

* Marketing Savvy: Ability to promote and market learning opportunities through face-to-face activities, printed material, websites, and social media.
* Organisational Excellence: Skilled in designing, improving, and managing administrative processes to handle project documentation efficiently.
* Data Proficiency: Confident in inputting, analysing, and reporting complex financial and output data using Microsoft Excel.
* Tech Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for preparing reports and presentations.
* Communication Strengths: Excellent proof-reading skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
* Risk Awareness: Capable of identifying potential risks and taking appropriate actions to mitigate them.
Knowledge & Qualifications:
* Familiarity with promoting opportunities via traditional and digital channels.
* Understanding of budget monitoring and project management.
* Awareness of national adult learning agendas, safeguarding, and creating safe learning environments.
* A relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
