Job Description
HRGO has an exciting vacancy for a Conveyancer/Executive to join their Doncaster office. The role involves managing sale and purchase matters, freehold and leasehold transactions, client management, and delivering excellent service.
Main Responsibilities
* Dealing with matters from initial instructions to archiving.
* Client instructions and advice.
* Preparing file documentation.
* Billing and obtaining payments.
* Supervisory responsibilities when required.
* Maintaining legal knowledge.
* Presenting solutions to legal issues.
* Working accurately and under pressure.
* Prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
* Working independently and as part of a team.
* Handling enquiries effectively.
Knowledge
* Technical conveyancing knowledge.
* Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
* Understanding of Solicitors Code of Conduct.
Experience
* 2+ years' experience at a similar level.
Other
* Flexible and 'can do' attitude.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Good absence record.
* Ability to promote the firm's image.
