Mae’r tîm wedi ei leoli yng Nghoed Pella, ein swyddfeydd modern yng nghanol tref Bae Colwyn. Bydd cyfle i chi weithio’n hybrid, sef dull cymysg o rannu eich wythnos waith rhwng y swyddfa a gweithio gartref ar-lein. Bydd hyn yn rhoi mwy o hyblygrwydd a rheolaeth dros eich diwrnod gwaith. Byddwch hefyd yn elwa ar lawer o bolisïau sy’n cefnogi eich iechyd a’ch lles.
Rydym yn chwilio am unigolyn sydd â phrofiad o weithio yn y sector tai a phrofiad helaeth fel Rheolwr gan gynnwys y gallu i ysgogi ac arwain tîm i gyflawni targedau cytunedig.

We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic housing professional to join our Housing team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual who is looking to advance their career in Social Housing and gain experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
You will lead the Rapid Rehousing and Adaptation team, responsible for driving strategic change to service delivery to ensure homelessness is Conwy is ‘rare, brief and unrepeated’, and deliver the disabled facilities grant service. The team is based in Coed Pella, our state of the art building based in the Centre of Colwyn Bay. You will have the opportunity to work hybrid, a blended approach splitting your working week between the workplace and working remotely from home. This will give you more flexibility and autonomy to the working day. You will also benefit from our many policies to support your health and wellbeing.
We are looking for someone who has experience working in the housing sector and substantial experience as a Manager including capacity to motivate and lead a team to achieve agreed targets.
The successful candidate will also have the ability to work in partnership with key stakeholders.
This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
