Job Purpose
This role contributes to the overall Sourcing and Procurement activities related to Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG), focusing on three main pillars: Carbon Footprint, Supplier Diversity, and Human Rights.
Job Responsibilities
* Leading and managing ESG supply chain initiatives across all TechnipFMC locations globally.
* Engaging with clients, industry bodies, and stakeholders on ESG-related discussions.
* Staying updated on ESG and sustainability regulations and ensuring compliance.
* Contributing to program and system development to promote standardization and efficiency.
* Identifying ESG risks and opportunities within the global supply chain and developing mitigation strategies.
* Managing performance goals aimed at reducing environmental impact and enhancing social responsibility.
* Acting as an ESG subject matter expert, developing training and informational materials.
* Implementing ESG reporting systems and automated processes for regulatory compliance.
* Developing controls and workflows for ESG processes subject to audits.
* Leading the implementation of management systems at the global level and supporting local ESG strategies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or related field.
* 5-7 years of relevant experience.
* Knowledge of ESG regulations and frameworks such as CSRD, ISSB, GRI, GHG Protocol.
* Understanding of oilfield services and manufacturing operations.
* Strong data analysis and assessment skills.
* Proficiency in developing and presenting data.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and mitigate risks.
* Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
Spends 60-70% of time in an office; visits to various work environments requiring travel; potential exposure to shop hazards.
