An exciting job role has recently become available at the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. They are looking for a new member for their Hospital Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with no long-term case management. You will be part of a supportive and close-knit team with supportive managers. This position requires a strong understanding of legislation and hospital/D2A processes.

Qualifications and Experiences:
* Qualified Social Worker with 2 years of experience
* Knowledge of legislation and hospital/D2A processes
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
* Post-qualified experience
