Description The In-House Contracts Lawyer will be: Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing general commercial contracts. Advising internal stakeholders on contractual risks and compliance. Supporting the organisation with procurement, partnerships, and service agreements. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve organisational goals. Profile The In-House Contracts Lawyer should be: A solicitor or equivalent with NQ-5 years PQE. Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Ideally familiar with higher education sector contracts, but this is not essential. Confident in providing clear, pragmatic advice to non-legal stakeholders.
