Contract Coordinator – Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career? If so, our client is looking for a Contract Coordinator to join their dedicated team of Logistics professionals in Dover, Kent.
Your role:
As a Contract Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Supervisor to ensure the continuing day-to-day running of our customer’s contract. You will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team consisting of experienced Customer Service Representatives and transport experts to provide a high service level for our customer.
Key responsibilities:
* Ensure collection and delivery expectations are met in both an effective and efficient way.
* Raise and manage bookings, keeping key personnel informed of all necessary changes.
* Liaise with Asset and Charter contacts to achieve optimum service.
* Support activities such as customs clearance and stand kit changeovers.
* Collate information relevant for various KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis and report to line manager.
* Liaise with P&OFM employees at other sites to maximize efficiencies for the customer.
* Daily liaison with Customer personnel in a professional manner.
* Contribute to the development and growth of the operation.
About you:
As a Contract Coordinator, you have previous experience of working in a customer-focused operational role and will possess excellent communication skills. You will have excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage your own workload, along with an eye for detail and excellent customer service. You will have good IT skills, including MS Word and Excel, and some H&S knowledge and awareness. An ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels would be an advantage.
