Efficiently book referrals through the E-referrals system in chronological order. Collaborate in building and updating the Directory of services within ERS. Work closely with Business Support Managers to identify additional outpatient capacity. Create and modify patient communication letters in Careflow. Coordinate the receipt of two-week wait referrals from GP practices Maintain permanent clinic changes on Careflow to match consultant job plans Stay informed about local and national initiatives affecting outpatient bookings. Continuously review and enhance existing working methods. Pilot and implement new procedures and systems. Keep up-to-date with mandatory training. Offer support to the team as needed.
