Job Title: Product Analyst
Job Description
The focus of this role is on the Salesforce platform, with an emphasis on mobile residential models. The position involves writing and refining user stories, breaking down features with the end-to-end technical product owner, and collaborating with engineers and architects to refine the backlog. Additionally, the role includes dependency and story mapping tasks.
Responsibilities
1. Drive, support, and facilitate the elicitation of requirements from business stakeholders through interviews and workshops.
2. Identify key stakeholders across the business and technology sectors, and develop strong working relationships through effective communication.
3. Challenge and champion the user value and business benefits, ensuring these are met throughout the lifecycle of allocated projects.
4. Provide system and domain expertise to guide business requirements and support finding optimal solutions to business problems.
5. Create and refine the product backlog, participate in design discussions, and agree on acceptance criteria.
6. Take ownership of requirements through the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including supporting testing, defect triage, business readiness, and the delivery of business demos and products within their warranty period.
7. Support the Senior Product Analyst in team development activities and initiatives, and assist other team members in both process and content knowledge.
Essential Skills
8. Experience with Salesforce platform and Mobile SIMO experience.
9. Strong background in mobile residential models.
10. Proficiency in writing and refining user stories.
11. Ability to break down features in collaboration with the end-to-end technical product owner.
12. Experience in dependency and story mapping.
13. Excellent communication skills to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
14. Experience in UX, digital, and product analysis.
15. Knowledge in supporting test, defect triage, and business readiness.
16. Ability to deliver business demos and products within their warranty period.
