Who You Are:
We are seeking an industry professional with exceptional communication and organisational skills to join our teaching team. The ideal candidate will be highly flexible, capable of engaging and inspiring 16-19-year-old learners in both practical and theoretical aspects of Electrical Installation. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences, or a strong desire to develop these skills. Industry expertise in Electrical Installation is essential, along with a Level 3 qualification in the field. A solid understanding of current electrical practices is also desirable.

Key Skills and Experience:
We are looking for passionate industry professionals to join our teaching team and inspire the next generation of Electrical Installation experts. Ideally, candidates will have experience in delivering high-quality teaching and learning to our Electrical Installation learners or possess significant industry experience.
Given the technical nature of our Electrical program, applicants must have industry expertise and hold a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation. A firm grasp of current electrical practices is also essential. While teaching experience is desirable, it is not required. We provide training and support, but candidates must commit to obtaining a Level 5 Certificate in Education.

Key Responsibilities:
· To teach and assess learning on a range of courses, which include 16-18s and adult learners. Courses range from level 1 up to level 3, including college based qualifications and apprenticeships.
· To work effectively as a member of a experienced, strong and dynamic team, liaising with Senior Curriculum Manager and all colleagues in the College.
· To take an active role in own professional development in relation to all aspects of your industry specialism as well as your teaching/assessing role.
