About the role
The role is part of Riello & Vokèra (Carrier's company), a leading heating manufacturer with a product portfolio that includes domestic gas boilers & light commercial gas boilers. The main aim of the role is to provide support to the Sales team and Spare parts.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Complete set workloads and tasks within their timescales.
* Provide clerical support to the Sales team by generating reports and verbally advising them.
* Receive incoming telephone calls from customers regarding general sales enquiries.
* Receive customer orders via e-mail and follow through these orders from receipt to despatch.
* Ensure effective liaison regarding deliveries and customer queries, advising customers of short deliveries and expected delivery dates.
* Receive return notes from customers and generate the relevant credit note.
* Proactively promote Vokera products through our customer base and any telephone calls taken.
* Carry out general office duties, administration, and WP tasks as required.
* Adhere to the company’s Health and Safety at work policy at all times.
To be successful in the role you should have:
* Administration experience in a sales and customer liaison environment.
* A well-organised and methodical approach to tasks (good time management).
* Computer literate: knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
* Good numerical analytical skills – understanding and interpretation of statistics.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A strong customer-responsive attitude and a positive outlook on all issues.
