We are pleased to invite applications for a consultant in restorative dentistry for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, which works across North Wales. It's a great opportunity for visionary individuals who wish to be part of the transformation of dental services across North Wales and beyond.
This substantive post is for up to 10 sessions although applications for part time or job sharing will be considered. The appointee will work with enthusiastic and supportive colleagues across the region to improve the comprehensive consultative service for North Wales.
The role involves treating serious and complex cases to the highest standard with an emphasis on multidisciplinary management, including orthognathic surgery and collaboration with restorative dentistry. There are opportunities to provide local orthodontic care as part of the Regional Cleft Lip and Palate Network. We have strong academic, teaching, and training links with Liverpool Dental Hospital, Bangor, and Edge Hill Universities.
Applications from those wishing to work less than full time are encouraged. The health board is keen to support staff development.
