The role we're hiring for is a Business Support Officer to join our team based in Bicester. You'll be responsible for supporting our Operational, Financial, and Commercial divisions nationwide. You will be providing exceptional, proactive support to our internal teams and external customers in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing customer portals to process reports and documents for payment and booking appointments for field-based engineers directly with customers.
* Producing reports and providing relevant information as required while creating and processing Purchase Orders for materials/equipment required.
* Creating and processing orders from clients and reviewing job costs before processing for finance.
* Answering telephone calls and managing shared inboxes.
* Flexible approach to demanding deadlines and prioritisation of workload and tasks in a busy working environment.
* Effective communication skills for internal and external customers.
* Organised with excellent attention to detail.

We're looking to offer a salary of £22,000 - £26,000. In addition, we offer 28 days of holiday including Bank Holidays, which increases with length of service.
