Description As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will: Provide high quality customer service via phone & email. Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. Ad-hoc duties as and when required. Profile A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have: 1 year experience within customer service, particularly in a telephony role Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong proficiency in using customer management software. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. A customer-focused mindset and the ability to problem solve. Can commit to a temporary role for 2 / 3 months.
