Pertemps are supporting a local College who are seeking to appoint a Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in Travel & Tourism, supporting students to achieve their academic and career goals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions across various levels of Travel & Tourism courses. Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support. Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure they meet industry standards and educational requirements. Participate in internal and external verification and moderation processes. Support and guide students in their academic and personal development. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with industry trends and educational practices. Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion within the learning environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding procedures. Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field. Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) or willingness to work towards one. Relevant industry experience in Travel & Tourism. Strong communication and organizational skills.
