Administration Assistant to support the Property & Facilities Manager with day-to-day operations and to provide ad-hoc support to office-based team. Also to provide occasional reception cover. Requires a strong all-rounder with good organisation skills, a methodical approach, and the ability to communicate across a variety of levels. Responsibilities: - Calendar management - Scheduling appointments - Filing various documents and maintaining databases - Creating filing systems - Updating spreadsheets and other data entry tasks - Storing sensitive information correctly - Maintaining office documentation - Answering phone calls and emails - Communicating with all levels of staff and contractors - Processing facilities service desk calls - Written communication such as emails and other documents - Ad-hoc duties to include Reception/Switchboard/Front of House operations and post/courier distribution - IT skills to include Microsoft suite including Excel, and 'Teams' This role is based on-site at Hemel Hempstead. Hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Initially for 6 Months. Immediate Interviews, Start ASAP. Inside IR35 (PAYE)
