Main Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will assist the Exams Officer with examination processes:
* Setting up examination venues and ensuring procedures are followed
* Directing candidates and advising on permitted possessions
* Invigilating during exams and dealing with queries and irregularities
* Recording attendance and escorting candidates
* Collecting and collating scripts and assisting with preparation of envelopes
* Supervising candidates leaving examination venues
Qualifications & Experience
For this role, you will need:
* Access to an email account
* A positive interest in young people and education
* Flexibility, accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills and a firm but fair attitude
* Physical fitness for tasks required
