This is an exciting opportunity to join Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Acute Virtual Ward.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team to support with admin duties associated with the virtual ward.
Including all IT systems and supporting the nursing team with flow.
Main duties of the job
You will need to possess strong customer service skills, the ability to manage a variety of tasks with minimal supervision, excellent organisational skills, and confidence in using Microsoft products, MTW's internal system as well as LUSCII.
In this role, you will interact with a diverse range of staff, handling ad-hoc system queries, facilitate in setting up training activities, and supporting managers in accessing necessary data from the system. You will also be responsible for essential data maintenance activities and generating a monthly schedule of reports required for audit and assurance purposes. You will collaborate with the senior nursing team to ensure a safe and effective patient journey whilst they remain under the care of MTW.

Essential criteria
8. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

9. GCSE in English
10. Recognised IT qualification
11. NVQ Level 3
Experience/ Knowledge
Essential criteria
12. 3 years previous administrative, clerical and reception work.
13. Acute care hospital experience.
14. Previous experience of working with the public.
15. Excellent keyboard/IT skills.
Desirable criteria
16. Possess NHS clerical experience
17. Previous NHS PAS experience
Skills
Essential criteria
18. Computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
19. Ability to interpret complex data and translate into understandable formats such as tables and graphs
20. Ability to use and maintain Totara Learning Management System (LMS)
21. Excellent report writing skills including production of action plans
22. Ability to establish and manage effective working relationships with staff at all levels plus external organisations
