Dedicate Recruitment is working with this SEN college to appoint an Office Manager. This is a crucial role in the smooth running of the school, acting as a key support to the Strategic Business Manager (SBM) and SLT.
Leading a small admin team, the Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administration function to ensure efficient processes and practices are in place.
Duties include:
* To produce the school census on a termly basis
* To oversee pupil premium and school meals eligibility.
* Collate a weekly report on transport, attendance and finance and general admin issues to the SBM
* Support the HR and Recruitment Lead on any administrative tasks
* To oversee performance of the admin team.
The successful Office Manager will be highly organised, with a minimum of three years’ experience working within a busy office environment. A good general level of education is required, including GSCE English and Maths together with an administrative or management qualification.
As expected, you will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A team player with a good blend of professionalism and fun, you will be committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for students and staff alike.

Hours - 36.5 per week, 8:15am - 4:00pm (3:50pm finish Friday), term time only. Some work may be occasionally required during the school holidays by negotiation.
