Now this role won't be for everyone:
YOU WILL
* You will have previous experience of caring for those people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health.
* You will be a dab hand at marketing with a good and far-reaching network.
* You will have previous management experience and hold an NVQ 5 or RMA equivalent, or at least be working towards this.
Now I can't promise you flowers or chocolates, though they may be forthcoming in time, but you will be handsomely rewarded with a salary of £45,000 +, depending on experience. This comes with a robust induction, continuing professional development and 6 weeks paid holiday to name but a few.
