Job Title: Operational Excellence Coordinator
The role of an Operational Excellence Coordinator at HelloFresh involves driving operational efficiency and quality by continuously improving operational processes, practices, and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Driving change through people and processes to advance the business.
* Leading and supporting change initiatives to implement new processes, technologies, or systems, and ensuring successful adoption and integration across the organisation.
Skills and Qualifications:
* B or equivalent in GCSE Maths.
* Evidence of contributing to projects.
* Interpersonal skills.
* Good numerical skills.
* Proficient in Gsheet/Excel.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
