Technical Consultant - Pensions Technical & Advice Guidance
Due to internal movement, we have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Services Adviser to join our Technical Connection Division. The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the Partnership regarding Pensions.
Who are we looking for:
We are seeking a reliable person who understands the importance of reputation and impact of valued support. An excellent communicator that is confident explaining technical information to the Partnership. You will be methodical, organised in your approach to work, have excellent attention to detail and have outstanding verbal and written English skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to the Partnership regarding Pensions and navigating the Advice Guidance Framework.
2. Actively investigate and resolve technical queries via phones, email and Live Chat in line with Service Level agreements (SLA's
3. Personally display and evidence adherence to the SJP Culture and Values
4. Personally contribute to the continuous improvement of Technical Services and the service that we provide to our Partnership
5. Willing to support to small scale projects within the division.
Special Requirements:
6. Demonstrate good knowledge of Pension products, services and systems
7. Qualified CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
