Receptionist/Administrator - 25.5 hours (FTC 9 Months)

Salary: £15,459.50 - £15,937.50
Working Pattern: Monday, Tuesday & Friday 08:30 to 17:00

The Opportunity
Based at George Brooke Funeral Directors in our Dewsbury branch, our Receptionist Administrators are a very special part of our team; caring and organised they offer a warm welcome to our families. You will ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times and have an eye for detail and accurate administrative skills. This is a Fixed Term contract for a period of 9 months.
Receptionist Administrators are responsible for ensuring all the relevant paperwork and documentation is completed and updated into the Funeral Management System accurately, and on time. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the purchase ledger invoicing and reporting is up to date and the appropriate approvals are obtained.

About You
You may have worked in the Funeral industry for many years or maybe you’re looking for a new challenge. For us it’s more important that you have the right skills and attributes because we will give you all the training you need. Come and join us, we will provide comprehensive training and there is also an opportunity to join the team as an Apprentice, gaining qualifications in Business Administration or Customer Services. The government Apprenticeship eligibility will apply.
