Customer Service Advisor - Aylesbury - Maternity 12-month contract
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a maternity contract which could go permeant for the right candidate.
Hours: 8:30-5:30pm
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll need to demonstrate your experience dealing with our customers as you will be the first point of customer contact for the client and collaborating with customers and internal teams.
Duties:
- Taking inbound calls from customers and being their first point of contact, providing support and guidance. You'll be able to empathise with customers and provide reassurance and clear guidance to give them the confidence that they're in the safe hands of the company.
- Respond to all customer requests within specific contractual/procedural timescales in order to meet agreed KPI's and SLA's.
- Provide Service Level Agreements, ensuring customers are contacted.
- Updating the internal system with contact notes
Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Knowing car repairs/automotive will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
