The Role:
Are you ready to be a vital part of ensuring our residents live in a safe and comfortable environment? As a Maintenance Assistant at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our home and grounds to the highest standards. Reporting to the Maintenance Operative, you'll work collaboratively to address minor repairs, conduct tests, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all minor repairs and audit requirements are promptly addressed to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents, team members, and visitors.
2. Conduct regular tests on various systems within the home to uphold regulatory and statutory requirements.
3. Assist the gardener in maintaining the grounds and gardens, ensuring they remain vibrant and well-tended throughout the seasons.
