The role location will be determined based on the successful candidate's location, ideally near to one of the company’s offices in Bristol, Essex, or Stoke-on-Trent. Hybrid working arrangements (home and office) are available. Occasional travel to project sites with overnight stays may be required. Experience A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with an Estimating or Commercial background. Experience in remediation, enabling, earthworks, civil engineering, or groundworks is preferred. Strong communication, organisational, and planning skills. Ability to travel to project sites as required (valid UK driving licence is essential). A proactive mindset, with a focus on achieving results and continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities Manage and oversee the end-to-end bid process, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely submissions. Prepare cost estimates and proposals for projects, aligning with client specifications. Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather input, plan, and finalise bids. Analyse tender documents and identify key commercial and technical requirements. Conduct site visits for prospective opportunities and liaise with project stakeholders as needed. Develop strong client relationships and drive a ‘win-win’ approach to negotiations.
