We are currently seeking a highly talented and ambitious Court Team Manager to work within Bromley’s Safeguarding and Care Planning Service.

About the Role and Court Team
The Court Team is a specialist team within the Safeguarding and Care Planning Service. The focus of the work is with children at significant risk of harm where intervention of the court is necessary to protect them. Many of these children become looked after by the Local Authority in the interim and subsequently may not be able to return to their parents.
The Court Team consists of a Team Manager and 6 Senior Practitioners. The team works in partnership with the Bromley Children’s Legal Team to ensure that children’s cases that are presented to court are timely and well prepared.
The position requires recent court experience, and the ideal candidate would be keen to join a team that specializes in court work within a safeguarding team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the challenge of working and managing a front-line team, and who is ambitious in supporting Bromley with its transformation journey providing outstanding outcomes for our children.
