Our mission: helping people to a better future About The Role We are looking for a confident and motivated, part-time Legal Administrator (Client Care Leader), to join our dynamic Residential Property team in Chelmsford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, providing exceptional and proactive administrative support within the reputable Residential Property team. What This Role Would Include Working within the Residential Property team to provide exceptional and proactive administrative support. Checking, amending and format letters and other documents produced by the Document Production team. Compiling urgent and confidential correspondence and emails on behalf of the legal advisors. Establishing and understanding of client matters and confidently handle client enquiry calls, questions and queries effectively. Providing additional support functions to the Residential Property team including scanning, filing, and carrying out searches within the internal case management systems.
