We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Services team based in Ufford. Your role: You will join a highly skilled and committed team of professionals delivering the Customer Services and administration support for the Company, offering a first-class customer experience. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction ratings and resolving customer enquiries via multiple channels including: telephone, email and face-to-face. You will need: You will have good customer services skills, including the ability to deal with customers in a friendly and courteous manner. You should have a working knowledge of Microsoft packages, with the ability to work well under pressure dealing with a high number of calls and emails. A minimum of four GCSE’s at Grade A- C / 4 - 9 (including English and Mathematics), or equivalent, are required for this post.
