Job Description:7am-7pm shift Rota with the potential for on-call work as an addition:07:00 - 15:3007:30 - 16:0008:00 - 16:3008:30 - 17:0009:00 - 17:3010:30 - 19:00
Day to day duties and expectations
1. Call taking
2. Queue management
3. Good time keeping (scheduled adherence)
4. To deliver outstanding service by understanding users' IT and business needs
5. To provide centralised advice and support to customers in line with contractual arrangements.
6. Flexible working approach due to working hours.
7. Be able to deal with upset users from all levels of the business
8. Provide a single point of contact for users
9. Develop and maintain rapport with end users
10. Able to differentiate between numerous customer applications.
Skills/experience required in detail
11. Active SC clearance mandatory
12. Good communication skills
13. Able to use active listening skills to know what users are asking
14. Proven customer service skills
15. Positive, enthusiastic and supportive
16. Ability to work under pressure
17. Effective keyboard skills
18. Ability to take ownership of incidents and resolutions
19. Be able to talk and type
20. Good troubleshooting/ problem-solving skills
21. IT knowledge-Microsoft products; Word, Excel and Outlook.
