To provide a flexible, high quality responsive and comprehensive building maintenance service ensuring that the structure and fabric of the Trust's assets are maintained to an acceptable standard.
We are looking for a suitable applicant to join our Estate Management Team that maintains and develops a substantial estate at one of the country’s foremost Teaching Foundation Trusts.
Duties:
1. Undertaking major repairs and maintenance across the site.
2. Carrying out regular inspection of plant and equipment while ensuring irregularities are promptly reported.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Relevant experience in a building services maintenance environment or a similar role.
2. Knowledge of basic health and safety, and moving and handling techniques.
3. Good communication skills, numerate and computer literate.
4. Ability to follow instructions and work to conflicting priorities.
