In this interesting role you will be working in the office and from home, providing comprehensive and flexible administrative support to a small and growing specialist legal practice. Open Plan Law is a boutique intellectual property practice based in the heart of Oxford. As an Office Administrator, your duties will include: Preparing invoices Credit control Working with the accounts system (Xero) to upload and update invoices and bills File organisation using Microsoft Office Dealing as requested with the mail, telephone calls and e-mail enquiries Organising course and conference attendance Diary management and maintaining databases You may also be required to prepare and photocopy legal bundles in support of our legal teams. For the Office Administrator, we are looking for: good literacy and numeric skills Good communicator and customer service skills handle diverse information and manage a substantial workload knowledge of Microsoft Office and adobe pro applications knowledge of, or be willing to learn, basic Xero skills Management of database including uploading and updating reports. This role is currently part time working 17.5 hours a week covering maternity cover. Whilst we are currently looking for someone who wishes to work on a flexible basis, there is potential for the role to become a permanent role with increased paralegal responsibilities.
