As SEND Information Development Officer you will have creativity and passion for digital communication that makes a difference to families with SEND. This will be achieved through a variety of direct engagement, content creation and development of information resources, including bi-monthly publications of the Families in Partnership Newsletter and the annual “You Said, We Did” report for the Local Offer.
This role is central to the Quality and Engagement Service, working across teams within Gloucestershire County Council, Health and the voluntary and community sector.

This role also brings together development of content for online platforms and resources for families of children with SEND, such as Support for Families with SEND - Gloucestershire's Local Offer for Parent & Carers.
An understanding of Adobe programmes and some experience in website content management would be beneficial in creating and developing the right resources for families to use.
