Role and Responsibilities
The successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to deliver projects both nationally and internationally, working across a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, mixed-use, office, residential, sport, and leisure.
The Building Surveyor will also be responsible for providing professional services such as condition surveys, planned maintenance, schedules of condition, TDD, feasibility studies, defect analysis, and dilapidations.
Person Specification
This role will suit a Building Surveyor with key client management skills who is keen to progress in an organic environment.
* MRICS qualified (Not essential)
* RICS accredited degree
* Experience within a construction-focused practice, ideally
* Public sector project experience would be advantageous
