Due to continued growth and market development, we are now seeking to appoint an Account Manager, to be field based and to cover the UK. Job Purpose: To expand scope of existing activity and to secure new opportunities with existing clients. Wherever possible, to develop relationships with new clients Responsibilities: Accountable for the generation of new business from new and existing clients for new system installations, and servicing and maintenance of existing systems Responsible for managing the relationship with the client during the presale phase thought to completion of the sale and hand over to the Service/Maintenance teams. To negotiate with clients, regarding cost and delivery To effectively forecast sales based on market analysis and to deliver against forecast Knowledge Experience and Skills: Demonstrable experience of successful Account Management specifically in the Fire and Security systems industry. Experience of preparing appropriate documentation for client consideration. Experience of organising your own time to maximise return. Skilled in analysing data to be able to manage your area effectively and to present plans etc to senior colleagues. Ability to undertake site surveys when required
