Minimum qualifications: Level 4 NVQ VCTC Ofqual regulated.

Location: Free - Monday to Friday
Reporting to: Sales Director - Professional Channel (UK/Ireland)
Travel: to location across UK & Ireland as required by the business
Work from home: training virtually as needed
Flexible work ethic
Full drivers licence with own vehicle
ROLE SUMMARY
• Onboarding new businesses with Murad Philosophies and education content
• Delivering professional and retail training content to professional salons and clinics
• Ensuring all businesses regular and up to date best in class education with certification
• Supporting PR needs, Clinic/Spa Customer Events
• Attend all training sessions and webinars led by International Education Director
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Training spa and salon staff on all professional protocols as well as professional products in accordance with Murad Method standards.
• Deliver remote and face-to-face training as appropriate.
• Assisting Doctors and Medical clinics with Murad Medical Protocols.
• Ensure that all safety standards and up to date materials are shared and provide updates as needed, including risk assessments.
• Attend Train The Trainer meetings.
• Support business queries and client questions when required.
• Ensure all students receive the appropriate certification and follow up.
• Assess skill set regularly with existing businesses.
• Track and ensure all salons and clinics are up to date with Professional and Retail NPD and Services. Complete Training Tracker after each training, keeping a record of all students trained.
• Attend Education webinars, and new product launch trainings.
• Complete risk assessments with students when using devices and machinery.
• Keep up to date with industry changes, devices etc.
• Report to Training Director specific customer protocols to support their businesses as required.
• Ensure all new students are registered on Muradlearns learning platform and are completing the modules.
• Support content on Murad Facebook Professional Page or Murad Education Instagram as required.
KPIs
• Reach and exceed targets for salon and professional events.
• Ensure all salons and clinics are up to date with Professional and Retail NPD and Services.
• All salon partners to be enrolled in MuradLearns and up to date with modules.
