As an IT Field Support Engineer for our rapidly growing software client, you’ll primarily be based at customer sites supporting multiple organisations with various environments, operating systems, and hardware. You’ll support senior engineers on project work and carry out maintenance on server and networking hardware. You’ll act as a point of contact for your customers and play a key part in their IT strategy.
Key skills and qualifications required for this IT Field Support Engineer role:
1. Working in a service desk or support role
2. Customer-focused roles and dealing with a wide range of people
3. Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
4. Supporting Windows Client OS
5. Supporting Microsoft Office
6. Active Directory tools
7. Basic understanding of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
8. Have or working towards Microsoft 365/Azure fundamentals/Educator
9. Full Driving License
