Complex Care Support worker experience desirable, supporting adults and young people with complex needs with PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, suctioning/cough assist. Duties include personalized care, management of epilepsy, addressing challenging behaviours with empathy, assisting with mobility challenges, adapting communication methods for visual impairment, and fostering emotional well-being. Work closely with the individual and their support network to tailor care to their specific needs.
