Job Description: HR Manager
As HR Manager, you will work with the leadership team to develop a proactive and innovative people service. Your focus will be on continuous improvement, working closely with stakeholders to build a best-in-class HR offering.
Key areas of responsibility include:
1. Working with the SLT and wider HR team to enable the successful delivery of the people strategy and development plans.
2. HR Lead for the site, supporting continuous improvement of people processes and ways of working.
3. Complex ER & working with the unions.
4. Working as a trusted partner, coaching senior management to build capability.
5. Supporting the site through the full HR lifecycle.
6. Proactively supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
7. Coaching senior management to build leadership capability.
8. Working with managers and their teams to identify & develop future talent.
9. Managing change effectively.
10. Leading on wider HR projects alongside the UK HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a successful and established business and offers autonomy and the scope to build a superb HR offering, partnering with the Site Lead and playing a key role on the wider HR team, reporting to the HR Director.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* Proven experience in generalist HR as an HR Manager or HRBP, including employee relations, succession planning engagement, partnering, and influencing leadership and managers.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with a true business-partnering mindset and familiarity with a complex structure.
* Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to manage a varied & demanding workload.
* Experience within logistics, manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred.
* Key experience with unions.
Salary: Up to £60,000 + car allowance + benefits.
