About the role: To provide a professional and efficient reception service for the School, ensuring that all visitors are greeted warmly prior to being met by their host. Process visitor identification passes in accordance with security, visitor and Health & Safety procedures. Manage and filter telephone enquiries in support of daily operations. Supply information regarding the School to the general public, clients and customers as applicable. Key responsibilities include (Please see job description for full details): Receive visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately to hosts. Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls, or emails while providing basic information as required ensuring strict privacy guidelines are enforced. Maintain a professional, calm and welcoming Reception area. Manage visitor signing in procedures ensuring that all Safeguarding, fire activation, Health & Safety/Security information is provided.
