This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with suppliers, negotiating great deals, and ensuring smooth procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day purchasing operations, ensuring efficient and timely procurement.
2. Research suppliers and negotiate to secure the best pricing and value for the business.
3. Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high-quality standards.
4. Maintain accurate purchase records in the company ledger.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable service.
About You:
1. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
2. Confident in negotiating and securing competitive deals.
3. Comfortable working with purchase ledgers and maintaining accurate records.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar administrative role is advantageous but not required.
