What you will do in your working day
* General administration tasks required in a busy office including typing, data entry, answering incoming telephone calls, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared etc
* Taking responsibility and ownership for administration of the shared inbox
* Compiling data for reports
* Scanning and filing of documentation following filing protocols
* Liaising with other departments on projects
* Helping the procurement team oversee the steps of the procurement cycle, covering core department activities such as market analysis, sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier relationship management
The training you will be getting
* The apprentice will be undertaking the Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship and will be expected to attend Craven College fortnightly on a Tuesday
