Are you an experienced Care Home Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client, who operates a group of Luxury Nursing and Residential homes across the South, is on the hunt for a Home Manager to oversee their care home in Somerset.
As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a salary of up to £75,000, plus a generous KPI-based bonus, and the chance to progress within the company. Not to mention, a great holiday structure.
As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a medium-sized Residential and Nursing home.
* Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Managing and training staff in standards, policies, and legislation.
* Promoting residents' independence, dignity, and respect by delivering high-quality care and continuously seeking improvement.
* Conducting assessments to create, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans tailored for each resident.
* Ensuring work areas and practices meet safety requirements and adhere to relevant regulations.
Package and Benefits:
As the Home Manager, you'll receive:
* An annual salary of circa £75,000 + Bonus.
* 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.

The ideal Home Manager will have:
* At least 3 years of experience in a Care Home management position.
* Experience increasing occupancy of the care home through private paying residents.
* A good knowledge of CQC compliance.
* Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections.
