The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting solicitors across a range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic abuse cases. Applicants must have prior experience in family law, with a strong understanding of legal procedures in matrimonial and child law cases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist solicitors in managing and progressing family law cases, including legal research, discovery, and trial preparation.
* Draft legal documents, including witness statements, affidavits, and court pleadings.
* Liaise with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties, ensuring smooth communication and case progression.
* Attend court hearings and settlement discussions alongside solicitors.
* Provide administrative and legal support, ensuring the efficient management of caseloads.
Requirements:
