Minerva Training are looking for an experienced Recruitment Sales Manager to support our temporary division based in Sunderland. The company is heavily focusing on business development, so the ideal candidate must have previous sales experience in order to build a desk from cold. Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Generating new business opportunities
2. Resourcing candidates including advertising, prescreening, and interviewing
3. Managing candidates and clients' expectations whilst delivering a high-quality service across various sectors
4. Attending meetings with potential new clients
5. Achievement-Driven: Experience in consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets
6. Evening and weekend on-call
Required Skills & Experience
1. Previous sales and business development experience is essential
2. Recruitment experience is essential
3. Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients
4. Excellent verbal and written skills with a professional telephone manner
5. Valid driving license with access to own vehicle is desired but not essential
6. Health and social care background as a senior recruiter wanting to step up
