Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects.
Manage contracts and procurement processes.
Monitor project progress to ensure financial efficiency.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Provide accurate and timely advice to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Proven experience in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of cost management, contract administration, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
