Actual salary from £20,580 - £23,072 per annumWe are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to become part of our friendly and supportive team.
We are looking for someone who:
Keeps children are at the heart of your role
Instinctively keep children at the centre in all they do.
Has good interpersonal skills and is able to use their initiative as well as working well in a team
Can plan and prepare lessons with teachers, participating in all stages of the planning cycle
Their approach to lunch times is enthusiastic, creative and reflective of high expectations for their pupils and themselves.
Is passionate about leading and facilitating play, games and activities.
Is committed to safeguarding children.
Can work within a supervisory role to other teaching assistants in the absence of the class teacher
Will follow health and safety processes and procedures when preparing and serving food.
Has previous experience of working with children with addition needs
A willingness to undertake the following training:Children Protection and Prevent Training
First Aid Training
